Sunanda is an employer branding, talent marketing, and  communications expert, with a passion for storytelling and a penchant for technology. She started her career as a  journalist with some of the biggest media houses in India.  Following this, Sunanda spent nearly two decades at  Genpact (NYSE: G) where she innovated novel ways of  marketing and communicating with talent and successfully  established and led their global talent marketing function.  

In 2023, Sunanda moved from the corporate world to  entrepreneurship with STIMULAI – bringing together human  expertise and AI to revolutionise employer branding. She  holds a certification in ‘Designing & Building AI products’ from  MIT xPro and is a certified Change Practitioner. 

Sunanda works with a network of seasoned marketing and  technology experts across Australia and India. She lives in  Sydney with her family.
